Ltd.) reserves the rights to refuse and refund any transactions we deem a security hazard, these circumstances may include but not limited to payment methods and shipping addresses that cannot be validated, a well stocked local distributor already exists within the vicinity of the customer’s shipping address etc.

3 Racing will not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries incurred during or as a result of the use of any 3 Racing products.

3 Racing Products contains small parts which may cause choking hazards and are not suitable for children under the age of 5.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for products damaged during its usage whether or not it was use under its normal intended purposes.

No returns or refunds will be accepted due incorrectly purchased products, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct and suitable products was selected.

We accept Paypal and credit card via Paypal as our payment method.

Customers may also use Bank T/T where all charges must be paid by the customer, the final amount credited to our bank account must correspond with the total amount on customer’s invoice.

3 Racing (World Space CAD Industrial Co. Ltd.) will usually ship orders out within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).

Customers will be provided with a shipment tracking number to track orders according to the shipping method selected at the courier’s respective websites.

We provide Hong Kong Speed Post EMS as our default shipping method, other shipping methods may be provided upon request and will be subjected to additional shipping costs.

Hong Kong Speed Post usually takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery from the date of posting (not date of purchase), thus it may take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days for orders to arrive from date of purchase.

Delays beyond our control may occur under circumstances such as but not limited to during Holiday Seasons in Hong Kong or the destination country, wars or worker strikes within the postal service in Hong Kong or the destination country etc. 3 Racing will not be held responsible for delays, damages, loss of orders under circumstances beyond our control.

Our shipping cost is calculated based on the amount of labor, packaging material and shipping charges involved thus customers are charged a shipping and handling charge rather than just a pure shipping charge.

Refunds will not be awarded as a result of shipping delays or products lost during transit.
